Sharon (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Well organised | I knew the ride would be mainly taken at a walk due to the terrain. This was not a problem. The scenery was outstanding and the horses very well cared for. Delicious lunches too. It was a shame that the heat was such that my enjoyment was reduced. I would have liked to go out earlier in the day but understand that this was not necessarily possible.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

Smaller helpings would have been less wasteful! However, everything was very tasty.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

The only very slight hiccup was being picked up at the airport. It would have been helpful for there to have been a sign saying "In the Saddle" or "Dallas Love" as there were many drivers milling around.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

It would be helpful to be able to pay the transfer and single supplement with the main holiday payment rather than in cash but I understand that the latter may have been preferred by the recipients.
