Lynne who has been on 3 In The Saddle rides. Amazing experience | Very different between South Africa and Botswana. South African was a lot more “controlled” and Botswana a little freer, and very exciting

Thoroughly spoilt in South Africa with special gluten free cakes etc. Botswana little more basic, but still well provided for.

Not sure how it can be improved. Was excellent from start to finish and Lois was very helpful

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Some miscommunication with a refund due to not taking flight. Horizon didn’t seem aware I was owed money
