Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

Accommodation was better than I expected. We each had our own room, there was wifi, my room had two electric sockets which was 2 more than I expected. The hostel had a chef so fantastic local food was served every evening and it was available 24/7. Lovely hostel with terrace overlooking the village and the fjord. Naasu and Peter and their helpers were all superb, very relaxed and welcoming, and nothing was ever any trouble for them.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

Not sure. Please don't stop sending out the hard copy booklets. I love them and hate having to read stuff online and/or print it. The print fades anyway. Other people from abroad whi had booked through other companies were envious of my lovely booklet, wallet and luggage labels.
[Becky from In The Saddle replies: We are so pleased that you liked the reusable travel wallet]

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

None really.

Do you have any other feedback for us?

The trip was advertised as a trail ride but ended up being a centre based ride. To begin with I was quite disappointed that the trail ride was not going to happen as advertised but the hosts and the base were so lovely I had a fantastic time anyway. Normally I don't even consider centre based holidays as I do like moving on each night. I know there were reasons for the change of plans and in the end I was very happy at the place where we were.
I do know that it was never going to be wholly a trail ride because we were only going to be staying away from Qassiarsok maybe two nights. I wonder if you could have a category for partial trail ride? I found it the same when I opted for a ride in Montenegro that was advertised as a trail ride but was only partial. We were at least 3 nights in the same place.
I do appreciate that you could not have told me in advance that the Glaciers and Fjords holiday was going to end up being centre based because the decisions were only made once the holiday had started. It just wasn't what I expected though I did enjoy every minute.
[Becky from In The Saddle replies: Thank you very much for letting us know that there was a last minute change in your itinerary. I'm pleased to hear that you had a lovely holiday regargless and we will certainly look at how we can improve the description of the ride.]
