Helen who has been on 9 In The Saddle rides. Beyond my expectations ! | I was well suited to the horse I was given so all good . The riding was varied and I particularly enjoyed the ride on the last day to the farm

The new hostel was brillant and exactly waht was needed - much better than expected and more than just a basic hostel

It is really important to ensure that the host gets the flight time correct as we had a bit of an issue when we arrived as there was no one to meet us and we didnt know where we were goimng and neither id the person on the boat and we all had slightly different info from the various holiday companies so this wasnt a good start - I think this is really important as this is the first impression and needs to be right .

This was an amazing trip and I will never forget the incredible scenery and the boat trip through the ice field will stick in my memory forever as it was so unexpected and way more impressive than in the itinery !

Further to our conversation I'm pleased to hear that the In The Saddle information was correct and that it was the representative on the Blue Ice Desk that didn’t have the correct information. It's always hard when there is a language barrier and so we will ask the ride operator in Greenland if they will follow this up with the transfer company and see how to make the boat journey as easy as possible. Your feedback has been very helpful in improving for future guests and so thank you again.]
