The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
The 3 accommodation locations where varied and all nice in their own way: and always clean, nice white crisp sheets, fresh towels and riches provided. When it rained in the open camp they were very quick to set up shelter and tents. The laundry service was useful.
After a ride we were offered fresh face cloths which was a relied and nice touch.
The food was really delicious:breakfast, lunch and dinner always excellent and varied.I think an incredible feat given the remoteness of the location. We were really well taken care of and offered refreshments all the time. Our menu was also sang to us by the chef pre dinner which was nice.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
I still brought too many clothes, warm things as thought it may be cool, always difficult to judge. Your packing list was accurate though.
I only wore a t shirt for 1/2 day. Long Sleeve shirts a must as sun is so strong.
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
We were very satisfied and you did a good job advising us on PCR testing requirements in line with our flight schedules.
