Morna who has been on 7 In The Saddle rides. A wonderful week Western riding in sunny Tuscany | Before I went, I wasn't sure about Western riding but with a little tuition and a willingness to try and do as we were told, I soon found it to be relaxing and fun. I rode a wonderful horse and as the week went on the riding got better and better. It is not a fast ride, although we had some lovely canters, as there are a lot of hills, some of them very steep. Ailsa, our guide, was excellent.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

The apartments are comfortable and well equipped. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were lovely.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

Everything was up to the usual In the Saddle high standard.

Do you have any other feedback for us?

This is one of the best riding holidays I have been on. Everyone in our group was matched perfectly to their horse. You need to be willing to try a different way of riding and to respect and listen to the instruction/advice given by the guide, Ailsa, and Franco, the trainer. The area is beautiful to ride through with vineyards, olive groves and forests. It was both relaxing and invigorating.
