The attention to detail was excellent, with delicious food, coffee whenever it was needed, great wines, a hot water bottle for a sore back, etc - nothing was too much trouble

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
It was difficult to use pesos if only staying at the estancia, partly due to the current inflation rate doubling in Argentina whilst we there, but we believe the management would prefer guests to bring US dollars to purchase goods from them.
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

The feeling that we were immediately welcomed as part of the estancia family was the focus throughout the week. The care and interest that all the staff showed was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. The setting is very restful with great wide landscapes, the horses are superb and what a treat to ride the wonderful Pasos!
The high standards set by Kevin and Georgia alongside their warm sense of humour, ability to tell great stories and their horsemanship and wine knowledge make this one of the best trips ever experienced!
Ursula (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) A fantastic experience! | The riding experience was adapted on a daily basis with a focus on it being a holiday rather than an ordeal. Each ride was interesting with a different focus and the horses were very well schooled and responsive.
