Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
The accommodation is beautifully presented as a luxury hotel experience - beautiful bed linen and artefacts and the interior design blends eco with the ultimate in luxury. The food was again, beautifully presented, fresh and plentiful and the wine from the region was freely offered at lunch and dinner - every meal was as delicious and fresh as the last.
The staff and team are small in size and dedicated to their work and role - each taking a huge amount of pride in their job giving you a personalised experience in the most welcoming environment which makes you feel relaxed.
A luxury hotel experience with the horses as the icing on the cake! Would book this holiday even without the horses - it is that good!

Incredible Luxury On Another Level! | Beyond expectation - this holiday is for the equestrian who loves luxury and riding beautifully trained horses with top quality tuition - there was nothing that I could fault in this entire holiday experience - apart from the fact it was too short - I could have stayed for eternity!
