Before Your Holiday
Did you have all of the information you needed to:
How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
Some of the info is generic or irrelevant (eg about the weather at times of year when you are not visiting, about rooms you are not staying in) and could be omitted. Too avoid waste, it's probably worth asking if people will use eg luggage labels and wallets (I don't - I only travel with hand luggage, though I do like the printed itinerary)
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
All good.
Karolyn who has been on 16 In The Saddle rides. Winter sun | Like many horse safaris, it's mostly walk or canter, no trot. The wildlife is very habituated, so you can make a lot of noise and still get up close to most things. Ideal first horse safari.
The guides didn't ask what I wanted and just assumed that if you could canter, you would want to and the faster the better.
[Becky from In The Saddle replies: Thank you very much for your feedback, I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed your return to Ant's Lodges.]
