Wait A Little - South Africa

Clare (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Wait A Little South African Safari | The riding was fine. When catering for a mixture of abilities it is not an easy thing to do. I went without too many expectations so yet my expectations were met - if anything the horses were better than I thought they would be as it could have been a more trekking style ride. This was well balanced for all abilities riding in the group.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

The accommodation and food were exceptional in everyway. I could not have asked for anything better.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

I didn't do a lot of research as Becky organised the entire trip which was lovely. The only correspondence I read through were the PDFs/letters. As a result I had only seen the small photographs on those.

In a way this was a good thing as my expectations were not as high as they could have been and as a result was totally blown away by all three experiences.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

I didn't really have to do anything as Becky made it all easy, therefore no room for improvement.

Do you have any other feedback for us?

Thank you for such an incredible adventure. Every single day revealed something new and offered such exciting discoveries, whether that be in the wild, accommodation or the food. The quality and standard of every detail was high. Our guide Jo was amazing and the team looking after us did a brilliant job. Thank you Becky and In The Saddle.
