Tuli Safari

The Tuli Safari is something that isn’t and absolutely cannot be replicated anywhere else. You journey on horseback through the unfenced, privately owned and protected Mashatu Game Reserve. The three unique camps really add to the adventure (but all have comfortable beds and proper bathroom facilities). Riders must be confident, capable and fit. Much of the terrain is open plains and flat, so the canters can go on and on and on. The animals are completely wild, so you have to be ready for anything and listen to your guides at all times. Being able to encounter such large game (including lions, leopards, elephants, giraffe and many others) on horseback is a real honour.
