The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
I was blown away with our acomadation, all 3 were so unique, very hard to pick a favourite maybe "Treehouse." The staff were all lovely, helpful and the food fantastic. The addition of cold face cloths after a ride most welcoming, would have liked a face cloth with our towels. We all did wish we could have spent more time after dinner on the last night at the Two Mashatu Camp to talk about our wonderful week with new found friends, but we felt pressured to go to bed as the guides needed to stay up with us and they were obviously very tired.
[ITS replies: Thank you for your constructive feedback, which we have forwarded to the ride operator. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your safari overall.]
Before Your Holiday
Did you have all of the information you needed to:
How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
We received excellent information, but few days prior to leaving we were then told we needed smaller back packs for the internal small plane trip. We did this but we then found out on arrival there was plenty of space and all the other clients had a lot more luggage.
[ITS replies: Thank you for your feedback. The ride operator's guidelines for the charter flight were changed close to the date of your departure, but we're very sorry to hear that other clients did not follow the rules.]
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
Very happy with it all.
Claire (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Unbelievable | I was matched with a lovely horse called Abbot. It would have be extremely helpful if I was given more information about my horse's behavior as it wasn't untill after a bolt from him in a spread out canter that I was informed he had been galloped across this area by staff, so could get that way. And can also be very wary of some animals, so best to be put in behind one of the older horses.
