The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
The lodge/cabin I was given was gorgeous and comfortable. The food is from the onsite restaurant which is delicious. You can try something different each day for lunch and dinner. The restaurant staff were so friendly and funny to which made me feel very welcome.
Side note- only thing I would change is the towels! They were very rough and scratchy and hurt sometimes on sunburnt skin etc if they had fluffy towels it would be 10/10

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
Only thing would be where to meet the transfer, I wasn’t aware of the stand number or where to go as an assumed they’d be in the entrance for arrivals.
Everything else was great and the wallet with the printed itinerary was a nice touch!

In the printed itinerary, your arrival information was that "Your driver will be waiting for you outdoors, near desk 29, and will be holding a sign with your name on." We will certainly look at where we put this information in future and if we can also place it in an email before travel."
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
Nothing, it was so smooth and quickly booked, Rebecca was very helpful with me making a decision that suited me and the location that suited my dates.

Natteleigh (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Amazing experience! | There was a good mixture of walk trot and canter depending on the route you took each day and the terrain. The riding was a great experience and the horses know the routes very well.
