Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
Lizzie and Alex provided us with such amazing food and accommodation. It was a great mix bag of luxurious (plus a spa on day one!), to ski resort. Not all places had a pool. But those that did, we loved the opportunity to take a swim. The only disappointment was that after a long day ride, some places they closed the pool at 7pm and we arrived only 10minutes too late to take a dip. Places in Sicily also only open their pools at 9:30am and we had already left by that time. Swimming is great for sore muscles. So that was a pity.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
I have no builds! I loved the entire experience booking with Rebecca! I loved that I got emails with all the details and itenary, quick response to my queries, even emails saying to enjoy my holiday the day before. The pouch with the printed itenary and personalised flight details etc. and goodies was such a lovely touch and everyone was envious of it!

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
For first time users of this service, handing over a large sum of money can be daunting as we are nowadays so aware of online scams. It might be useful to offer an online zoom call if clients want to put a face behind it?

Aline (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Life changing experience! | The horses were such great temperaments and easy to feel comfortable with from the first instance. The riding throughout the trial was diverse involving a great mix of chill walking to technical leading and footwork. The horses worked hard. There was a lot of walking, but given the distance and terrain it was likely done on purpose to not strain the horses to early on. However, a few more trots and canters/gallops would have been fabulous as there were areas where this would have been possible. The free horse (spare) was a bit of a nuisance in that he would stop and snack which meant that we couldn't easily build up momentum and keep it if he kept making trouble. But overall, the riding was hard physically but so worth it! This ride is definitely not for the faint of heart.
