I loved every accommodation we stayed in. I never expected such high-quality places in such remote rural locations, yet each one was comfortable, safe, and beautifully presented. The food was exceptional throughout the trip, with plenty of variety and a clear focus on quality ingredients. As a pescatarian, I felt extremely well catered for, with thoughtful and delicious options at every meal. I also hadn't realised that drinks would be included, which was a very generous and much-appreciated surprise.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
Lucy went above and beyond in helping me plan and choose the right trip. From the outset, she was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. I particularly loved receiving the physical itinerary, which added a really personal touch and helped build excitement before the holiday. When I encountered a travel issue, it was dealt with promptly, professionally, and without any fuss. The level of customer service throughout was exceptional and gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands.

Vasil was an extraordinary guide and a huge part of what made this holiday so special. He made every member of the group feel like a VIP, always going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable, happy, and making the most of every experience. His passion for his horses, his country, and his work was evident in everything he did. His knowledge, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about giving us the best holiday possible. I only wish Vasil could be the guide on all my future holidays!
Lottie (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Bulgaria surpassed all expectation | The riding was varied, exciting, and expertly paced throughout the holiday. Regular breaks and water stops ensured both riders and horses remained comfortable. Horse welfare was clearly the top priority at all times, with every animal treated with care and never pushed beyond its limits. The quality of the horses was exceptional, and the scenery was simply breathtaking, making for a truly memorable riding experience.
