The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
I had the pleasure of staying in the Stable Loft and it was lovely. The upstairs of a cosy log cabin, huge bed and great bathroom. There was an electric fire and this kept the room perfectly warm. Lots of space for my clothes to hang, a good chest of drawers. Overall lots of room, very cosy and the house keeping by Ciara each day was great, fresh towels and cleaning each day.
The food was so good!! Sean the chef made us super yummy breakfast each day (always varied with hot option and fruit etc) then a stunning dinner which really surpassed my expectations.

Tyslos far exceeded my expectations. If someone is looking for an off grid experience with incredible riding in a beautiful setting, with amazing people, this is for you 🙂
Sophie (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Breathing riding, scenery and people | The riding at Tyslos more than met my expectations. Each day we had a specific ride and they progressively built throughout the week. The variation in terrain and speed was brilliant, each ride was different and the only parts repeated were the most epic canter tracks. There was a lot of fast and technical cantering which was so much fun, and included a lot of different terrain which can be difficult to get at some places. The horses were beautiful and so well looked after by Magdelena and Sara. One day the horse I had planned to ride had a cut on his leg, he immediately was taken out of action, patched up, and had a few days off until he was better. It was so lovely to see how kind and caring Magdelena and Sara were when it came to the horses.
