The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
The food and wine were excellent . I would like to say George's ( the chef) cooking was incredible particularly in view of the remoteness of some of our locations. Very impressed by the local wines too. wish we could buy it here in UK
Before Your Holiday
Did you have all of the information you needed to:
How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
I did ask if we had to take helmets as was struggling with luggage space and was told they didn't supply them.
They do, they have a wide range . they also supply air-jackets and gel pads and sheepskins for the saddles. this would have been useful to know in advance. they use western saddles and English style sheep skins do not for so are not worth taking.
you do advised taking waterproofs but I would strongly advise taking good quality ones as we were caught in a rainstorm on the mountains and everyone was very cold and wet . most of us had under estimated the rain and only taken light weight waterproofs
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
all very helpful and efficient
Jo who has been on 3 In The Saddle rides. Massive Highs | The trip was incredible. the mountain scenery, the cultural experience, the camping were fantastic . They took the safety of the ride very seriously. Sadly There was a nasty fall and one of the riders was hospitalised . I couldn't fault the care and rapid response of the team with this though.
