How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

Everything was great, good communication and fast responses from the team. I maybe even had a little too much information to process from the itinerary than was needed for me personally, but I believe there are people who needs that many details 🙂

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Everything was good

Do you have any other feedback for us?

Overall, everything was great and a big thank you to the team and the guides for the ride. I really enjoyed the experience, it’s a very beautiful ride in a nice area overall.
The horses are clearly very well cared for and I had no issues at any point managing my horse. The guides were also very helpful with any questions and always ready to assist.
If I had to mention one point for improvement, it would be to make it even clearer in advance that the ride involves a long duration of walking, with only a few short moments of trot or canter. That said, I understand this is due to the terrain and it does not take away from how beautiful the ride is.
