The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
The standard of accommodation varied from satisfactory to excellent. We did find the spa hotel first class but found the ‘hi tech’ slightly tricky; couldn’t control the heating or find switches for some of the lights (unless the bulbs had broken)

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
I think some of the items on packing list only applied to Miyak trail as all the hotels provided towels and hairdryers
Maybe improve the map to show locations of nearby towns and villages to help with orientation
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Jackie who has been on 14 In The Saddle rides. Great for lovers of fine wines and food along with excellent riding | Plenty of variety from climbing hills to faster paces along tracks lower down around the vineyards.
Horses were all well mannered.
