Julio was outstanding - caring, knowledgeable and committed to giving us an authentic experience - and WIlson was an integral part of it all, the perfect wingman and back-up rider, who helped ensure everything ran smoothly.
You need to be riding fit: limited cantering, but plenty of fast trotting. Riding these sprightly, characterful, soft-mouthed horses was a joy.
