Leisha (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Excellent | Rachel was fantastic at matching horses and riders. She had the ability to just under horse the riders. I was so happy with my Cob Polly and then Portobello. Polly was just right in giving me confidence and then portobello had a fifth gear. All the horses were well looked after and never over worked. The horses all had good manners.

The riding was just what I was looking for exceptional.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

The food was excellent. The accommodation was homely. But the high light was the swimming pool. It was lovely. I swam every day.

We were on the bottom floor. It might be an idea to let the people staying on the top floor know that the noise of them walking around with shoes on will disturb the person below them.

Otherwise absolutely fantastic.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Maybe offer monthly instalments from the time of taking the deposit. [In The Saddle replies: Thank you for your lovely feedback. We are so pleased to read you enjoyed your holiday at Los Alamos. It is possible to send instalments from when you have confirmed your trip. Some choose to do this via a standing order set up with their bank, or others prefer to pay one-off amounts every so often. We just ask that each instalment is at least £100, and the full balance is received by 10 weeks before your holiday.]

Do you have any other feedback for us?

I would like to book again. I have just had a total knee replacement so still in recovery. But concerned I might miss out!!
I would highly recommend this holiday. I had a blast and loved it.
