Charlotte who has been on 12 In The Saddle rides. A real delight | The riding was as expected - lots of walking looking for game interspersed with some nice canters. The horses were beautifully schooled, knew their job well and were very responsive. The bush was thicker than any I had experienced before and given the number of thorns I was glad that I hadn’t brought my best breeches! The tack well maintained and the saddles very comfortable. The care of the horses was exemplary and a real credit to Clare and her team.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

The opportunity to stay at 3 different locations added to the holiday. The accommodation was all very comfortable and the food varied and delicious. The staff went to a lot of trouble to cater for my dietary peculiarity which was greatly appreciated. The freshly baked cakes and breads which appeared every day were wonderful.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

Having all of the information compiled in a handy booklet was really helpful. The luggage labels were very useful.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

All very clear and efficient. Great to deal with Abbie who was clearly familiar with the detail of the arrangements at Wait a Little and responded promptly to any queries which I had.

Do you have any other feedback for us?

Thank you to everyone at Wait a Little who contributed to making this another wonderful holiday to be remembered. To see the Big 5 and so much more within a period of 1 week was a real privilege. Jo and Philip ensured that we had some great sightings. I can understand why people are drawn to return there.
