The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
Loved the villa we stayed - the rooms were very clean with modern bathroom and great showers. It had a great patio for after ride socializing and eating dinner. Lizzie and Mariella prepared great, locally sourced meals. We also had a couple lunches and one dinner at restaurants - awesome food. I also enjoyed the picnic lunches.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
The one suggestion I have is to tailor the accommodations section to better fit the holiday. For example, Bosco and the Rifugio supplied soap and towels. The brochure description was generic - some accomodations might or might not. Otherwise the information was thorough and helpful.
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
Worked well, no suggestions to change it.

Kathy (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) A wonderful holiday! | This ride more than met expectations. It was challenging, fun, adventurous, well organized and well managed. Alex and his team (Kaisa and Giada) were awesome.
