So much care and attention to detail in all aspects of the week; horse welfare, rider welfare, clear introduction to Western riding, well matched horse and rider, varied rides, lots of local history and information on the rides. We were given a demonstration by Franco of the young horses he is training and his passion and skill were clear to see. Picnics were beyond expectation. The pace was steady and often limited by the beautiful terrain, but we covered a lot of ground and there were plenty of canter opportunities

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

Lovely two bedroom apartment, with amazing views just outside. Rustic but clean with everything we needed. We would have appreciated a comfortable sofa or chairs in addition to the deck and pool chairs. Nice pool.
The staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts. The food was excellent; tasty, but a little meat heavy for me (typical of the region), I ended up choosing vegetarian options.
