I thought it was faultless! Good level of communication, I knew I could ask anything and receive a speedy response. It was great to get a message from Andrew too, checking comms a couple of days before my trip - it gave me the chance to ask about the weather!

I was happy with how everything works, I thought it was well explained and easy.
