The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
The food was a real highlight and everyone took photographs of the food each meal. Every meal started with delicious home made salads with feta, herbs, really sweet tomatoes and peppers. The main courses were delicious. The puddings were incredible especially the chocolate souffle. The accommodation was another absolute winner and we all loved the horse themed hotel with the show jumping arena. All the other hotels were gorgeous, all had spas, with hot water, and the opportunity for a massage. The beds were super comfy and the hotel with the giant spa was 5*. I would say the accommodation was outstanding.

It was all fine. I had to check which terminal I was being met at. But that was all.

This is an outstanding holiday. The horses were a real highlight. Mostly Arabs or Arab crosses. We were all well matched to our horses. I loved the freedom and wildness of the country. The history was really interesting and the hosts were very knowledgeable. The country is not busy with tourists and we felt we were seeing the real Bulgaria. It is very beautiful. I'm definitely coming back.

We were so well looked after by Maria, Katerina and Vasco. The horses were beautiful and all forward going. The landscape was open, with no gates or hedges. The food was out of this world.
