How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
I have no suggestions for improvement. The only hiccup on our trip was completely beyond Lucy and the team’s control. At check-in, we were told our luggage would go straight to Windhoek, but once on the plane the flight staff informed us that we needed to collect and re-check it in Johannesburg. The delay in retrieving our bags caused us to miss our connecting flight and, unfortunately, our first day at Kambaku.

Jax (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Kambaku Safari Lodge Namibia | The riding at Kambaku far exceeded my expectations. The horses were clearly well cared for—forward, happy, and responsive without being spooky. I thoroughly enjoyed my dressage lessons with Viva, as well as the exhilarating rides out into the bush. Kambaku was the perfect riding holiday.
