Samantha (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Wonderful | The riding met all expectations.
Horses were in good condition and well cared for.
This is always a concern of mine when seeing horses abroad.
I asked for forward going horses and got exactly as I asked for.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

The accommodation was lovely and very unique, was like no where I had stayed before. Views from the room beautiful.
The food was also great with plenty of choice.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

In the saddle made this very easy for me. Regular contact was helpful to remind me of dates I needed to do certain things by.
I had a slight change to my travel but In The Saddle put me at ease with this and it all went smoothly in the end.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

I cannot think of anything.

Do you have any other feedback for us?

Thank you for organising this bucket list experience for me. I have memories now that will last a life time. This was supposed to be a one off but all I can think of is rebooking to come again!
