The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
We stayed at both Bush Willow and Ant's Nest so it was interesting to see the contrast between the 2 in terms of accomodation and location. I loved the views at Bush Willow and the fact that the horses could come right up to the lodge and almost on to the verandah of the room. I loved being able to open the doors in the morning and drink my coffee looking at the view. Ant's nest felt more cosy. I was very impressed with the food at both reserves, especially the beef fillet at Bush Willow!
Before Your Holiday
Did you have all of the information you needed to:
How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
It was all brilliant. I can't think of any way it could be improved. It felt very personal, so I was reassured that you had everything sorted and I was treated as an individual.
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
None. All very simple and straightforward.
Do you have any other feedback for us?
Presumably the feedback is quoted anonymously or without full name
Catherine who has been on 3 In The Saddle rides. A fantastic holiday, brilliant horses, lots of game, great guides and hosts. | I had been a bit nervous prior to going on the holiday as I'm used to just riding my own steady Welsh cob. But I needn't have worried, the horses were brilliant. I started off on something slow and steady. The guides were very good at checking if we were happy with our horses (which I always was) and with my feedback they gradually progressed me on to slightly more forward going horses. I always felt very safe and comfortable, which was the priority for me.
