Christina who has been on 6 In The Saddle rides. Mother and Daughter January break | Horses were fantastic - well trained and responsive! I have been dreaming of riding an Andalucian for years and rode 2 beautiful ones; Habano & Hercules! My daughter really enjoyed Gordi, Harry & Sofia; so we had Sophia riding Sofia! Beach riding surpassed expectations and was made even better by Rachel taking some fantastic photos that we were able to purchase digitally which were great souvenirs! The forest rides were great too with amazing views. I really enjoyed lots of opportunities to canter and gallop as I no longer have a regular ride at home. Our guides Jose and Roberto (and others!) looked after us so well even when the weather was not ideal at the beginning of the week.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

A real home from home! Guest's lounge, with a lovely fire, was great to relax in with access to tea and coffee facilities, snacks and drinks. We ate out at three local places as well as Los Alamos and the food was delicious throughout. My daughter isn't keen on fish (which I was enjoying) so I really appreciated Rachel and Rhiannon being so flexible with menus and food orders! The trip to Jerez and the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art was a highlight. Andrew was able to show and tell us so much about the local area that we really felt that we had a real Spanish experience!

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

Really appreciated the packing list including insect spray etc as it was needed. We didn't visit the tack shop in Jerez as we left later in the morning but we still really enjoyed the trip.

So happy to have finally got to Los Alamos after trying to book for a while and we can see why it is so popular!
