Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
My room (in the stable block) was a bit small, but perfectly adequate. The food throughout was simply fantastic.

Cash is virtually impossible to spend - everywhere seems to prefer that you use a card.

The non riding activities (dog sledding, driving a snow mobile, reindeer sledding and stay in the Ice Hotel) were all fantastic, and more than made up for the less than usual time on horseback. It was clear that the horses were extremely well cared for and all the team were very friendly. (If you need to stay in Kiruna the Artic Eden Hotel was fine, particularly the food in the Pub!)
Bob who has been on 17 In The Saddle rides. Fun! | The time spent riding was less than on many other holidays - quite understandably in view of the snow etc, and cantering along a snowy track with long live in the memory!
