Ant's Bushwillow Safari - South Africa

Denise (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Amazing and magical experience | The riding was beyond expectations, the going was easy and flat. Horses was well behaved and beautiful schooled and knew their job.
Saddles was very comfortable, found my favourite horse Duke the Dun. Love him.
Amber the main guide was of very high standard in knowledge of all the wildlife and more.
Everyone was so helpful and friendly, had such a blast and many laughs.
It is the best way to see the animals on horseback and amazing gallops amongst them.
Hopefully will be back when they have introduced the cheetahs.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

Not sure how you could improve, every thing was answered by email if not understood by what was sent out.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

The only thing was the payment for the transfer from airport and return by taxi. Which I thought was expensive and confused who to pay at the end.
I paid in the exchange rate of cash to the resort.
(ITS comment: We are sorry to hear that there was confusion about your transfers. There is a option to prepay or pay locally and that if you pay locally you can share with others arriving/departing at the same time.)
