Nicola (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Fabulous | Knowledgeable instructors Friendly, patient and good fun. Learnt a lot and did some moves I'd never done before. The horses were amazing, safe, responsive, well trained and very well cared for. Stables were spotless, and had very calm atmosphere. The schools were lovely, great surfaces.

I think the riding exceeded expectations.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

Accomodation was comfortable and clean.

Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly.

Food was very good, nothing fancy but good variety, tasty, fresh and plenty of it.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

The pool was not available whilst we were there as they were waiting for a part for the filter (or something). It would have been nice to have been aware of that before our holiday as it was disappointing and we had been looking forward to a dip after all the riding. It's not a major issue as that was not why we went there but it would have elevated our enjoyment of the holiday even more

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Thought it was handled very well. All went very smoothly.

Do you have any other feedback for us?

In hindsight we would have arranged our own transfers from the airport as 125€ each way was expensive we found out. However it was a good service.
