How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
Can't think of anything to do differently! All your Travel Consultants were super helpful and knowledgeable, able to give advice on the major and really minor things which made all the difference. Receiving the travel document folder with all the details together was a lovely pre-holiday surprise, a great idea and really useful.
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
Opportunity to spread payments over time would be helpful rather than just deposit and outstanding balance (this may have been an option, but not that I realised!)

This holiday far exceeded all expectations. I feel very privileged to have done it. It will stay with me forever.
Alex (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Outstanding | Horses were all very well looked after, were very well trained and all enjoyed their work. The riding far exceeded expectations, and meant we would get really up close to the animals - absolutely outstanding.
