The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
Accommodation was a bit basic and cold in the room but because of the time of year weather. The shower needed slight adjustment. The food was excellent.
I am vegetarian and was catered for well. I wouldn’t recommend Spain for vegans.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
Maybe about pick up and drop off but I don’t have anything to particularly state just that it wasn’t clear about where we were getting picked up from Gibraltar but we quickly worked it out and Andrew was very accommodating . The transport was great in a mini bus and company excellent to make you feel relaxed and enjoyable.
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
I think it was handled well as I needed to pay in instalments which you accommodated me with . Someone always came back on the phone or email to any queries I had.
Do you have any other feedback for us?
Just that in the saddle deliver what they say with the riding and you need to be able to ride a horse.
Janette who has been on 2 In The Saddle rides. Magical place and fantastic riding with beautiful well behaved horses. The saddles are very comfortable and rides the right pace and duration for intermediate to experienced riders. We loved it! Definitely coming back. | I hadn’t ridden for 6 months and so Rachel gave me a horse that was more mature to ride. The younger me would have probably liked to gallop faster but I knew my competence at the moment! You never know it may change! I loved it and definitely want to go back.
