How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
In the pre holiday information we were told to wear short boots and chaps, I usually ride in long boots so went out and bought a pair of boots and chaps only to find half the other riders were wearing long boots. Expensive. [In The Saddle replies: Thank you for your feedback, we are so pleased you enjoyed your holiday. Our Recommended Packing List is just a suggested list and each person is different. I’m sorry you felt you needed to buy new boots and chaps but hopefully you will still be able to use them.]

A fabulous all inclusive holiday, we didn’t spend a single euro from the time we left and returned to the airport. I am recommending Los Alamos and in the saddle to all my friends. Thank you
Billie who has been on 2 In The Saddle rides. A Blast! | I was expecting to ride twice a day as quoted in the brochure. But we returned to the stables each day by 1pm and didn’t ride again. [In The Saddle replies: The riding programme at Los Alamos is to ride somewhere for either breakfast/coffee or a longer break for lunch, and then ride back to the stables. There has never been a second afternoon ride but I have checked our itinerary to make sure that’s clear.]
