Ant's Bushwillow Safari - South Africa

Jo (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) The perfect week | The riding exceeded all expectations. The horses were in great condition, knew their job and were so well cared for. The routes took us through the bush, up mountains, through rivers and all the way to our 6'oclock sundowners somewhere beautiful. Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

The accommodation was comfortable and clean. It's not as luxurious as Ant's Hill or Ant's Nest but Bushwillow has a more natural vibe altogether which I liked.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

I can't think of anything you could improve. The whole experience was excellent, seamless from start to finish.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Again, no improvement is necessary. Very straightforward.

Do you have any other feedback for us?

I can honestly say this was the best holiday experience I have had. We were so well taken care of from enquiry and booking through to transfers and the magical week we had at Bushwillow. Everything was very well-managed and so easy. All we needed to do was relax and enjoy it all.
