Caroline (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) An incredible adventure | This riding experience was amazing. The horses were well suited to your capabilities - from absolute beginners to experienced. There was a great choice of well looked after horses of different breeds -all so adorable, well behaved and so keen. The grooms did their best to allocate you your choice of horse with a different one each ride or sticking to the same one you fell in love with!

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

Cannot fault the accommodation or food. Everywhere was spotless and clean. Rooms were beautifully furnished in a local theme. Pool and Poolside areas were well situated.
Dinner was presented by the chefs each evening. The choice, quality and quantity of food was exceptional. The staff were so accommodating.making sure all our needs were met.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

The entire booking experience from start to finish was first class. Rebecca was efficient and professional throughout ensuring emails and information was exchanged quickly and accurately. There were many personal touches where she checked up on us before and after the holiday. Brilliant job.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Every aspect was well managed as there were 4 of us in our group where some payments were individual and others not.
