Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
Not only was it excellent but Kevin and the chef Claudio made it fun by roping us into making pizzas and epanadas and a wine tasting.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
I have given everything full marks! But I would warn anyone using economy class on Air Europa to take food with them - we were given nothing even on the 12-hour flight (even coffee only once) and the only food available to buy from the trolley looked like stodgy muffin-type things.
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
It was, as always, all done excellently - Lucy was very helpful.

Anna who has been on 8 In The Saddle rides. I had a fabulous time | I had a fabulous time - horses, riding and staff all absolutely excellent. I had told them about losing my confidence after an accident a couple of years ago necessitating 5 operations and Kevin, the manager Georgia and the guides went to great lengths to help me regain it and have a wonderful time.
The riding exceeded my expectations even though I had visited the estancia 8 years ago.
