The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
We had an unfortunate evening where the food was chaotic and we waited for over an hour for the first course which only came to some of the table etc.
The staff was made strongly aware of our dissatisfaction.
But they straightened everything out from there and were very professional the rest of the evenings.
The only comment about the restaurant was that there were too few waiters who could speak English - therefore it was important to get in touch with the right waiters to ensure that there were no misunderstandings. We adjusted that fine on an ongoing basis.

Cathrine (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Everything was very satisfactory. We were very happy with the place, the horses, the activities and not least Ailsa. So all in all, thank you so much for a fantastic planned trip.
