Los Alamos - Spain

Rowena who has been on 2 In The Saddle rides. Absolutely fantastic holiday | The riding took us through forests where we could gallop along sandy firebreaks and on the beach for more fast work, spaced with walks to take in the views. We took the horses in the sea and we had regular stops on each ride to take photos. The rides were exhilarating but the horses were safe, responsive and surefooted. I loved every minute of it.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

Our hosts were very generous and between the lovely meals provided there was always food and drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) available at any time of day to help yourself to. As a solo traveller I didn't have to pay a single room supplement and the accommodation I was given was large and clean and had everything I needed.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

Overall it was excellent.
The list of items to take was spot- on and the itinerary was really useful too, as well as the comfort of having contact numbers of our hosts for when I arrived at the airport. It was also comforting to know you had provided Los Alamos with my details in advance. As a solo traveller there is always the worry of flights being delayed and what happens then- but you made sure this was covered.

The only thing I was unsure of from the pre-holiday information was whether we would need to pay the entrance fee to see the Spanish Horses in Jerez and if so how many Euros I would need. It was included in the holiday, which is another bonus for this already great holiday so please try to include this as it's worth a mention.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

I think the booking and payment process was very good and I was kept informed at every stage. Your customer service exceeds anything I have experienced from any other travel company so a big Thank You.
