Monte Velho - Portugal

Katie (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) You did not disappoint | The teaching was first rate and the horses so well cared for. I only ride up to Medium and thought the horses good for my level. However I think perhaps if you were at a higher level, you may not be able to practice one time changes for instance.
The horses were so well cared for and obviously loved by everyone. So lovely to be part of this.
Hacking-perhaps be easier on horses if less on track and more on the grass.

No comments-surpassed expectations!

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

None. Love the booklet and folder it came in.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Please can you check that Monte Velho have the same time as you about the taxi times to the airport. We spoke to office, saying we needed taxi for 12-25hrs. Taxi was scheduled for 13:00 and arrived at this time. Fortunately the driver, Nuno, was excellent and sped to the airport. We just made our flight! The queues, as you said, were huge. We were lucky we went with a friend with an Irish passport and went through with her.

Do you have any other feedback for us?

Loved the holiday - weather was fab too, as were the other people we met whilst there. Food was amazing-staff in dining area were lovely.
Beautiful setting and I will treasure the memories for ever.
