Ant's Lodges - South Africa

Nathalie who has been on 3 In The Saddle rides. Exceeded my (already high) expectations | The riding exceeded my expectations as I was able to build upon the confidence I'd gained last year on my first trip. I never felt unsafe but I was also allowed to go on faster rides, which was exhilarating. I still miss the horse that I rode that week and a photo of me riding him is now the background photo on my phone so it brings back happy memories every time I look at it.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

I stayed in Eagle's Nest which had an absolutely stunning outlook! At sunrise, midday, sunset, the lighting was ever changing and always worthy of a photo.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

Olwen was friendly and organised, and gave Ant's Lodges all the information about me that they needed so there was no paperwork I needed to do when I arrived in South Africa, which was much appreciated

Do you have any other feedback for us?

I went to Ant's Lodges last year and was so sad to leave that I rebooked to come back this year. I was slightly worried I wouldn't have as much as a good time this year, but it was actually better, perhaps because I'd gained confidence with my riding.
