Kujwana - Botswana

Liz (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Unforgettable | Tanya was exceptionally good at placing people & horses and noting our preferences. I rode 4 different horses & enjoyed all of them and was able to ride the one I wanted to take home on the last day which made it even more special.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

The food at Kujwna was varied and plentiful and catered very well for our families vegetarianism! It was prefect for hungry people after time riding or on a game drive.

The food at Mokolwane was great but as often with fine dining left Vince a little hungry!

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

The information was excellent and as a result we had absolutely everything we needed. HOWEVER I should have paid more attention to the 'it's cold at night' which you warned us about as needed another layer on evening game drives.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

To be honest can't think of anything - all worked very well.

Do you have any other feedback for us?

The staff and camp at Kujwana was just incredible, everyone made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much bother. We were made to feel special by each & every team member. The accommodation was wonderful and far more luxurious than we ever imagined.

We enjoyed the time at Mokolwane, but the manager did not have the same attention to detail as Tanya e.g. our daughter who was sleeping alone was one side of the camp & we were on the other & the 5 of us travelling together were split up on the game drives which just didn't make any sense.
