Yvonne who has been on 4 In The Saddle rides. The riding was sufficiently varied to maintain interest each day given the local terrain
It would have been better to have been told which ride we were going on the day before rather than find this out on the morning
This is an observation rather than a criticism as every aspect of the riding was excellent.

The accommodation was outstanding when compared to what is often considered suitable for riders. There were a few minor aspects of the accommodation that could have done with a bit of attention e.g. broken mirror. However overall it was very good. The food was extremely good and the service was excellent. [In The Saddle replies: Thank you for your lovely feedback and we are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay. We have passed on to the hotel about the mirror so that it can be fixed for future guests.]

It would have been helpful to have highlighted the hoof mile discount that I was eligible for as I failed to apply it. [In The Saddle replies: We let each person know their available Hoof Miles discount and how to apply it with the final balance reminder sent around ten weeks before the holdiay. We are sorry this information wasn't clear in your reminder email.]
