Vivien who has been on 43 In The Saddle rides. Splashy | The Delta was in full flood this year so we had lots of (deep) splashy canters. Good fun and got very wet! We had some amazing animal encounters too, elephants and hyenas visiting camp plus a territorial squabble between seven male lions near camp one night - unbelievable sound.

The new tents are great, very luxurious. We had an unusual cold snap for a few nights (close to zero) so the hot water bottles were a godsend.
