The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
As I said I loved Flycatcher, cosy, quiet, terrace and garden-view.
You could order a hot breakfast, or stay with croissants, cheese, meats, yogurt, wonderful fruit. You could ask for a wake up call and have coffee delivered to your room. Lunch was sometimes in the bush, yummy grilled meats, corn, salad, etc.. Wine or beer. Or by the pool, delicious.
Dinner was amazing. While you're sipping wine by a roaring outdoor fire in an ethereal garden, the chef appears and announces the 3 course dinner. Eventually we file indoors by another beautiful fire, and the food was exquisite. (The best cooking I've experienced on an inthesaddle trip, by far.)

Mary who has been on 4 In The Saddle rides. Fabulous Holiday!!! | This was my 4th inthesaddle vacation, and it far exceeded my highest hopes!! The staff was so kind, patient, attentive; the guests were from all over the world; the guides were extremely knowledgeable and fascinating; the horses were very responsive and very happy; the food was exquisite. The tap water is totally drinkable! And to be so close to the magical animals was... indescribable. Spiritual. Unforgettable. I felt extremely well-cared for (loved my room and terrace) and also while riding. I can get anxious, and I felt very safe and secure with the expertise of the guides and the calm horses.
Also all the staff worked seamlessly together and looked very happy. There was a feeling that everyone took care of one another, and there was a lot of laughter, and gratitude.
