Bob who has been on 17 In The Saddle rides. Fun in the Wind | The horses were all excellent, certainly forward going but also controllable! They coped amazingly well in the (higher than expected) winds we encountered

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

The accommodation was never less than perfectly adequate, and on some nights much more than adequate, but the food was "disappointing". This is in no way a refection on ITS, but rather on me as I was expecting the food to be "hotter" in terms of spices (it was very mild) and I certainly wasn't expecting spaghetti bolognaise!

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

The ATMs at Marrakech airport (to be found only once all the entry checks have been concluded) probably offer a better exchange rate than the numerous kiosks that are available before you finally make it past all the checks in the arrivals hall.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

It was all fine

Again, not really within the control of ITS, but we did the ride in "reverse" so that the standard of accommodation on the ride started on a "high" and got "less good" as we progressed
