Tally (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Best Adventure EVER!!!! | This was a wonderful experience. The trip of a life time. We have been on a number of riding holidays and this one was in a category of its own. Loved every minute of it from the camps, horses, guides, food, and of course all of the animal sightings. We can't wait to go back!!!

We loved the food! Plenty of it, delicious, wonderful presentation and the singing at some of the camps was a highlight.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

I would let people know that there is a secure place before leaving on safari, at the stable, to put all of your 'personal' belongings, passport, money, etc. That was somewhat of a concern beforehand for some and we were all relieved to learn that we did not have to take those things with us. If some are worried about NOT traveling with a passport, tell them to make a copy but leave the money and passport in the pouch. I would also make sure the driver picking everyone up at the airport in Jburg knows where the city lodge at the airport is. Those that spend the night the night before it is much easier to meet the driver there and the parking is super easy for them (that is what the lodge we went to beforhand did and it worked great). It is easier than having to navigate the airport if one does not have too.
