Spectacular Romania | During the stay at Equus Silvania the weather was very hot, with an average of 32 degrees C, therefore the riding took this into account by trying to ride in the shade of the forests as much as possible, with saddle bags provided to carry water bottles, and the horse were able to stop to drink from natural water sources during the ride. The forest ridges are very undulating and with the heat you need to be fit, to not only ride, but sometimes lead the horses down steep slopes.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

The accomodation was fantastic as each bedroom had spacious room with an integral shower and toilet, On the main ground floor there is a large dining room used for breakfast and an outside terrace where the evening meals were served. The food was all freshly prepared and different needs where catered for, such as vegetarian or vegan.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

The information could not be approved on as all the details where accurate and correct.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

The booking process is always helpful and being able to pay a deposit and then the remainder at a later date is also very helpful.

I hope that In The Saddle continues with providing great horse riding holiday options as I would not be as confident booking a horse riding holiday without the help of all who work at In The saddle.
